With both a personal and professional interests in biodynamics, Natasha is beginning to transition the vineyard to biodynamic and organic, with the ‘Bullock Block’ being the first to completely transition to biodynamic and organic. Believing the vineyard is a living organism and honoured to be custodian of a unique patch of dirt, Natasha remains steadfast that crafting exceptional wines, begins with a sustainably healthy vineyard.
